NEW FOR 2025 – HTCP PORTAL

Registration Today is now housed at https://wihtcp.my.salesforce-sites.com/.

We are excited to announce the Highway Technician Certification Program (HTCP) is launching a new portal with 2025 HTCP Registration opening on November 13, 2024.

What is this HTCP Portal? It’s an innovative new product that will create a self-servicing portal that allows a secure password protected entry for the technician to view more information about their Highway Technician Certification Program record. This new portal allows technicians to review their HTCP contact record, register for classes/exams, view enrolled classes/exams sessions, view their individual certification records, change contact record information, and find registration receipts to call out some of the functionality.

Callouts for the 2025 HTCP Training Season — PLEASE READ 

ACT Registration

  • 2024 ACT registrations are currently available for the calendar year.
  • 2025 ACT registrations will be available beginning January 2, 2025.

MCT Registration

  • 2024 MCT registrations are available thru the end of 2024 for those needing to certify for the first time or are needing recertify in 2024.
  • 2025 MCT registrations will be available for registration on January 2, 2025, for those needing to obtain certification or recertify in 2025.

3-Year Certification Registration

  • For those needing to recertify must do so within the scheduled training season, January 2 thru June 20, 2025. Plan and register accordingly.
  • Note, per HTCP Policy certifications must be renewed prior to the expiration date; otherwise, the technician will be required to complete the class again at the full rate.
