Transcripts
A University of Wisconsin-Platteville transcript is a complete academic record of your enrollment at the university including a history of undergraduate and graduate courses attempted, and your grades earned.
Courses will include those taken at UW-Platteville, transferred coursework, and advanced standing credits. Your semester GPA and academic standing will be shown after term. Your transcript also lists degrees earned including your major and minor.
Transcripts for Branch Campuses
UW-Platteville Richland and UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County are formerly campuses of the University of Wisconsin Colleges. UW Colleges transcripts will serve as the official academic record for these campuses for the 2018-19 academic year. If you would like to order transcripts from any former UW College campus prior to fall 2019, visit UW Colleges transcripts.
Unofficial Transcripts
An unofficial transcript is different from your official transcript because it can include notations for academic and administrative departments which are not included on the official transcript. An official transcript is authenticated and printed on security paper or delivered in encrypted files. Unofficial transcripts are only available to currently enrolled students by logging into your PASS account.
Ordering Official Transcripts
UW-Platteville uses Parchment to accept transcript requests electronically. Your date of birth and student ID number or social security number are required in order to locate your official transcript. Undergraduate and graduate transcripts are separate records and must be requested on separate orders.
If you are a current student, you can log into your PASS account and select Request an Official Transcript from your Self-Service. This will authenticate your order and transfer you to Parchment.
Current Student Transcript Order
If you are a former student, you may order an official transcript through Parchment.

Processing Time
Electronic delivery is the fastest option for official transcripts. Processing time for printed copies is one to three business days from the date your completed request is received.
Transcript Policy
The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) requires that you provide valid authorization to release your transcripts. UW-Platteville is a participant in the Parchment network that can automatically authorize transcript orders. Automatic authorization is based upon comparing specific information in your request with information on file in your UW-Platteville record. If your order is not eligible for automatic authorization, a printable form will be available at the end of the order process. You will need to print, sign, and mail or fax the form to Parchment.
