The following policies apply to various forms of sexual misconduct in the context of University of Wisconsin-Platteville programs and activities.

- Applies to students and employees
- Applies to off-campus conduct if it affects a member of the university community
- University of Wisconsin-Platteville Statement of Consensual Relationships
- Chapter 17 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code: Student Non-Academic Disciplinary Procedures
- Applies to all students, including online students
- Prohibits sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, domestic violence, and dating violence
