You need to see medical treatment abroad
- Inform you the Education Abroad Office, onsite coordinator, or designated in country emergency responder of your need for medical attention (seek treatment first if needed)
- Go to the local clinic or hospital
- Contact Team Assist – CISI (International Travel Emergency Assistance) 24 hours/7 days a week

- Contact the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate for assistance.
- Refer to Lost or Stolen Passports Abroad.

- Contact the local police to report the incident and get immediate help. Request a copy of the police report.
- Contact your Education Abroad Office, onsite coordinator, or designated in country emergency responder and get immediate help.
