Enrollment Dates and Priorities
Enrollment for each semester occurs during April for the summer and fall semesters, and November for the spring semester.
Priority is given to currently enrolled children. Then, children of:
- Full-time students enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits
- Part-time students enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits
- Siblings of children that are currently enrolled
- Full-time faculty/staff members
- Part-time faculty/staff members
- Community members with a minimum enrollment schedule of 20 hours a week
When classroom capacities are met, children will be place on a waiting list. We ask parent(s)/guardian(s) to update their interest to remain on the waiting list each semester.
Enrollment Requirements
Enrollment is assured when the following required forms are completed, and the registration fee is paid:
- Registration form
- Child Enrollment and Health History form
- Parent(s)/Guardian(s) Class/Work Schedule form
- Food Program forms (Campus Center only)
- Permission form for photographs and lotion/sunscreen
The Health and Immunization form must be on file within thirty days of enrollment. A physician or nurse practitioner must sign the health form. All other forms must be completed and on file at the center before enrollment can begin.
Once enrollment is established, the director will review the process for orienting your child in the center.
Programs
- Infant Program, ages 6 weeks to 1 year
- Toddler Program, ages 1-2
- Twos Program, ages 2-3
- Threes Program, ages 3-4
- Primary After School Program, ages 4-6
- Elementary After School Program, ages 6 - end of 4th grade school year
- Summer Program, ages 6 weeks - going into 4th grade
Rates
The following fees are new rates as of January 2025 and subject to change.
Children's Center on Campus
There is a $30 non-refundable registration fee for each fall and spring semester and a $30 non-refundable registration fee for the summer session.
Infant/Toddler
Only full-day care available. Minimum of five days per week.
Student (undergraduate minimum of 6 credits, graduate minimum of 5 credits): $25 per day
Faculty/Staff: $48 per day
Community: $50 per day
Twos/Threes
Student (undergraduate minimum of 6 credits, graduate minimum of 5 credits): $23 per day or $13 per half day (4 hours or less)
Faculty/Staff: $46 per day or $25 per half day (4 hours or less)
Community: $47.50 per day or $26 per half day (4 hours or less)
*4 hours or longer is considered a half day, anything over that will be charge the daily rate.
Neal Wilkins and Westview
Each school year there is a $60 non-refundable registration fee. For the summer session there is a $30 non-refundable registration fee.
Student (undergraduate minimum of 6 credits, graduate minimum of 5 credits): $3.50 per hour
Faculty/Staff and Community: $12 per day for after-school care
During the summer months, Neal Wilkins and Westview rates are the same as at the campus center.
