The Continuing Education Institute offers area citizens the ability to stay in shape and socialize. Learn new ways of keeping mentally and physically fit through a variety of exercises and activities that emphasize technique, while having fun. You will be able to set and reach your workout goals by moving with precise and polite instruction.
