The Cybersecurity Lab located in Busby Hall is a dedicated, state-of-the-art space for preparing the next generation of professionals for a rapidly-growing field.
With 35 computers connected to UW-Platteville's cybersecurity server, the lab provides students with hands-on experiences that mimic real-life cybersecurity problems. Students practice attacks and defenses that they learn about in class and participate in labs that give them experience performing ethical hacking, managing security risks, and conducting forensic investigations.
