Dr. Pinson earned her Doctorate of Education in Teacher Leadership from Walden University, her Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and her Bachelor of Arts in Management of Criminal Justice from Concordia University.

Dr. Pinson has over twenty years of experience working with adult learners in higher education, for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She is a dedicated educator adept at establishing positive learning environments, instructional design and development of instructor-led, distant learning and e-learning solution for adult learners and training techniques. She possesses a stellar record of success developing and operationalizing strategies and programs that engage and unite diverse missions and organizations. Additionally she is adept at developing and delivering education and training programs to promote and sustain diversity, inclusion, equity and respect.
